  • • 1L milk.
  • • Minced cheese.
  • • Hot water.


How to prepare Lasagna

1. Bring meat of your choice: minced, sausage and fresh meat.

2. Put all the ingredients in one pot and mix well.

3. Mix the meat together until it becomes like balls.




4. In a large saucepan, heat the olive oil over medium heat, then place the meatballs to cook well.



5. We take out the meatballs from the pot, then add the onion, salt, garlic, and thyme, followed by a bit of oregano, a small sprinkle of red pepper, a little cumin, then mix all the ingredients to blend together.



6. We cook all the mentioned ingredients over medium heat while stirring.



7. We add tomato paste to the mixture, then mix it until it is well combined.
